Jimmy Bui has been Salsa dancing for 13 years and has been an enthusiastic Bachata dancer since 2007.
DJ Smooth brings this collective experience to the DJ booth; playing the best songs in Bachata, Salsa, Merengue, and ChaChaCha. Playing all sub-genres of Bachata and Salsa, he is a DJ that can only be found playing at special events mostly in San Francisco. His experience as a DJ includes Bachata Cravings Party at Glas Kat, San Francisco Bachata Festival, Bachata Party at ShBoom Nightclub, The Edge Nightclub in Reno Nevada, and Nevada's Reno Bachata Festival.
Jeison Aguilar has been in the salsa scene for over 18 years. A native of San Francisco, Jeison is known for his smooth lead in dancing on2.
With 18 years of his salsa experience, he amassed latin CDs of classic to modern artists and started DJing. For example, his collection of bachata music dates from 1982 to present.
Aside from being a DJ, he is also the co-founder of Havanisimo Productions, a Latin production that produced great venues such as Timba Saturday and Latin Hipnosis as well a board member of Salsagang Foundation. He is presently the resident DJ of the Bachata Social at Glas Kat nightclub in San Francisco.
